From the Office of Chairman
Dear Parent
Welcome to Aadharshila Knowledge Valley – where schooling is simplified!!!
We are here to nurture your ward towards making him/her globally competitive. My team of teachers is working hard to achieve the desired result by using his/her maximum potential. Therefore we will be able to compile first behavioral and scholastic assessment on or before 22nd July 2010. Keeping this in mind we wish to invite you to have glimpse on it.
Therefore we have planned to conduct parent meeting of CBSE section on 4th Saturday of every month, between 9.00 a.m to 11.00 a.m. which will give you an opportunity to share your views, experiences and perceptions about your child with us. My teachers will also share their experiences, perception and classroom policies with you.
I understand that you may be waiting for this day with excitement or apprehension (or a little of both) and I hope that following instruction will help you to know more about rule and regulation framed by Aadharshila.
Safety of our students is our prime concern. Thus, our transport facility is fully equipped to provide the safest & the most convenient transport solution. The routes of the school buses are drawn up based on convenience and demand while ensuring that no route is overly long.
A student using the School bus is expected to be at the bus-stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.
Student must come in neat and clean Uniform. Do not send any valuable articles with your ward that encourage exclusivity, inferiority and superiority complex among the student.
Students are allowed to use only their allotted bus and bus stop. No change will be allowed without prior permission of the school in writing. Buses will not wait for late comers.
If a student misses his / her allotted bus, he / she should not try to board on any other bus. It is the responsibility of the parents to drop their wards to the school. Such students may however, return by their allotted bus.
Only parents will be allowed to receive students will be at the given bus stop, if in case in the absence of parents, the person should carry parent’s consent on basis of which the student will be handed over.
All students must occupy the seats allotted immediately after boarding their respective buses.
Students must not move around in the bus while in the bus is in motion.
The consumption of edibles and drinks is not permitted in the bus.
In case there is any change in your residential address or telephone number; school must be informed well in advance.
Since school is providing fresh and nutritious food and breakfast to all students therefore edible items are not allowed.
Students from Grade 1st to Grade 8th must bring pen, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, colors and geometry box.
No study materials and guides are allowed to carry to the school.
Parents seeking the set of text books for theirs ward at home can order the listed book set before 13th July 2010. (List of Books with price and order form is attached)
School timing and holidays schedule are also attached with this letter. Please take note of it.
Your child’s regular and prompt attendance at school is crucial to his/her success. Please view school as a priority, and see to it that your child attends every day except in cases of illness or emergency. Long leave must be avoided because it can have adverse impact on your ward’s academic performance. You must obtain prior consent for leave from class teacher or Principal.
Throughout the school year there will be a variety of special classroom activities and celebrations. I encourage you to attend these functions when possible and to support them. Your support of school activities makes your child feel important and sends the message that you value school. You can also visit our website www.aadharshila.edu.in for test results and progress report of your ward from 16th July onwards.
We are trying to minimize the Transportation fee. Details of transport fee will be shared with you by transport department on parent meeting.
I am looking forward to working with your child this year and helping him/her to achieve his/her full potential. I believe that a good parent-teacher relationship is necessary for maximum school success. Throughout the year I will communicate with you through notes, telephone calls, quarterly reports and parent-teacher meetings.
I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions or concerns at any time. You can call me at school (232-77488), send me a note or e-mail me at info@aadharshila.edu.in. I am available for conferences regarding your child’s progress from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., by appointment on school days.
